When you sign up we ask for your first name and email address. If you choose to receive coaching text messages, we also collect your mobile phone number. Our quiz records your Focus Type answers. When you chat with your AI coach, the conversation is stored so your coaching can work.
Your email is used to send your trial emails: coaching tips, check-ins, and account messages. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. Your quiz answers personalize your coaching. Your chats are confidential — we never sell or share them, and we review conversations only to improve your coaching.
Text messages are optional. If you opt in on our signup form, you'll receive coaching check-ins and account messages from Finally Done AI. Message frequency varies (typically up to one per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with or sold to any third party.
We never sell your personal information. We never share your chats, email, or phone number with third parties for their marketing. We only use trusted service providers (such as our messaging and hosting platforms) to deliver the service itself.
